Item 1B is public employee performance evaluation, title city attorney. That also includes instructions to negotiators. with respect to that position, the city attorney position. Item 1C is conference with labor negotiators with respect to employee organization unit number 10, public safety non-sworn employees association with the city representatives as identified on the agenda.
