That's a phrase I love.
And I have a list of like 50 of those.
So I'll just look at those during the morning for a couple of minutes to ground myself.
I have the brainstorming.
I do split up my exercise throughout the day.
So I do five minutes on the treadmill.
In the morning, but then I'll do I'll get back on four or five times and do another five minutes.
But I from my research and I'm not a doctor, I think it's a little more healthy than bunching all of the exercise at once.
So those are just a few of the things I love to do.
Well, next time I want to get off the treadmill after five minutes, I'm going to remember that.
It's a good excuse.
Of course, I have to get back on at some point.
That's the downside.
And I'm curious, when you mentioned earlier that 98% of the ideas are bad, how do you know a bad idea from a good one?
