And then until we get kind of punched in the face, let's say by life, it really helps us zoom in on actually what matters most.
And so I don't know if we have to necessarily go through suffering or go through the worst moment of our life to make that change.
I certainly did.
But the reason I have kind of these conversations is to maybe encourage people to start now on that journey.

I talk a lot about mental health and mental fitness and physical fitness on this show.
And generally, anytime people say that they don't have time, it's like, well, if you're about to go on a road trip, do you say you don't have time to fill up your car with gas?
Like, what the fuck are you talking about?
And I get people are busy and stuff.
And I have a kid now, so I get it.
It's hard to get to the gym and things of that nature.
When I was a single dude, just like,
you know, roaming around.
I was like, just very judgmental about everything.
Like, why are you doing that?
Why do you have time for this?
