But I think if you have some like core values, some principles that you can always revert back to in like many situations.
And then it's going to it's usually going to steer you in the right direction.
And I think then maybe the next version of that is then through those core values coming up with what you think is your purpose in life.
And then that's like the ultimate meaning of what you might have.
And obviously you found that through through what you shared.
But, you know, I think I think it works in many, many domains, especially in the sports field.
you know, field, which I'm very surprised that I haven't mentioned earlier because everything is about sports in my brain, Rabbi.
So it's been 20 minutes and that's the first time I've mentioned it.

It's really important, you know, but it's hard, right?
Because like to be kind of great at anything, you have to kind of get sort of singularly focused and almost obsessed with it.
I'll just mention the sports world, right?
You know, if you want to be great at sports, you kind of have to get obsessed with it.
And there's somewhat of advantage to identifying as the thing, but then as you grow in levels and maybe you want to have a family, you want to have relationships, all these types of things, then it becomes sort of the wrong engine or the wrong fuel, uh,
And I would say that probably in any field, right?
If you want to become a doctor, a great rabbi, you know, you have to kind of get obsessed with it.
