And then I got a second offer from a different publisher and I chose forever. Okay. Um, and then, yeah, so that just, you know, brings us to now.

All right. Y'all know I love Rocket Money. I talk about it all the time and we're well into 2025 and we need to get organized, set goals, prioritize what matters most. For me, my top priority is financial wellness. I've talked about this and been pretty transparent about it over the last several years. Thanks to Rocket Money, my goals feel achievable.

So as you guys know, from what I've said in the past, I was able to save for my in-ground pool using Rocket Money and And they show me all of my subscriptions right in one place, which is huge because when I first signed up, I canceled eight subscriptions that I wasn't using right off the bat. And I forgot that I was even paying for some of them.

So Rocket Money pulls together all of my spending across all my different accounts. So I can clearly track what my spending habits are and see where I can come back, which is mostly food and sometimes subscriptions that I sign up for. And if you sign up for something, you forget about it, the trial period ends, and then you're charged and you literally forget about it month after month.

The subscriptions are there, but you're not using them. So like me, I learned that 85% of people have at least one paid subscription going unused every single month. And thanks to Rocket Money, we can see all of our subscriptions in one place and cancel the ones that we're not using anymore so that we're saving that money instead of spending it.

Missing out on a show that everyone is talking about is not an option, and I'm constantly signing up for new things and then forgetting about them. I recently did that for a documentary that I was watching to talk about on the podcast, and I signed up for an app that I literally only used for that one thing, and then I needed to go cancel it, but I forgot.

And I think I ended up paying for it for like six months. But the cool thing is that Rocket Money is actually a personal finance app that helps find and cancel your unwanted subscription. It monitors your spending and helps you lower your bills so you can grow your savings, right? It's not just for subscriptions.
