But I'm always thinking about hobbies and engagement and stuff that makes you want to get out of bed in the morning and stuff.
The weird little β I have found what's helpful for me is weird little games in the sense that β
I was home alone last weekend and I was kind of putzing around in my bathrobe and I wasn't doing much.
I was just watching YouTube videos and I was like, ah, maybe I'll have a beer, you know?
And then I thought to myself, you know what?
Why don't you do this?
Why don't you just work on shit around here for one hour?
Just one hour.
Just take your robe off, put your shorts on, put your shoes on, go down to the garage, grab something, fix something.
There's a bunch of shit that needs to be done.
Someone's just cleaning up and shit like that, but...
Just stay busy and productive for one hour, and then you can sit down and eat a sandwich and drink a beer.
And then do that for an hour, and then one more hour on.
Just staying busy.
Just walk around looking for fucking mildew or something that's squeaky that needs oil or something.
And you go, it's just one hour.
You can do it.
