Now, the conceit was this guy was a confirmed bachelor, Uncle Bill.
He was a highly sought after architect and lived in a Manhattan high rise and he lived like the penthouse.
He had his personal butler, Mr. French.

I don't know why a single dude needs a live-in butler, but he had him.
