And as you exhale,
Give permission to release, releasing any tension, any stress, any worries.
Just feel it gradually, incrementally, leaving your body every outward breath.
And when you breathe in, breathe in deeper than you normally would, just slightly.
Breathing in a wonderful feeling of resourceful relaxation and continuing like a release valve to release any emotions that would get in the way of that flow state of preparation.
that's it, and just scan your body for any clues of stress, worry or tension sometimes it's there in the forehead or the jaw sometimes the neck or the shoulders and set the intention that if you find it you can release it that's it
just notice the weight of your body leaning down, that's it become aware of gravity in your own self notice where it feels heavier a leg, an arm that's it, notice the sounds if there are any even faint sounds, traffic in the distance
some ambient sounds just become aware, and they can be exactly as they are, passing through your awareness without needing your attention, and you've been to this place of resourceful relaxation many times before, you've arrived before,
and your nervous system the part of you that runs everything quietly in the background knows exactly how to shift into a different gear all it needs is an invitation so take that deep breath in now just whatever breath is available to you
and as you exhale give permission to just let go that's it each breath takes you deeper and deeper relaxed that's it and i want you to imagine how you would feel if there was the ability
to slide into a room of preparation just in your imagination I want you to imagine the kind of slide that a child would slide down on in a park maybe brightly coloured maybe not but I want you to imagine this slide is for you perhaps a long slide
And as I count down from five to one, I want you to imagine what it would feel like to slide down the slide into what we will call a room of preparation.
A room within a room within your mind, but let's slide down first and each descending number takes you deeper into a place where change happens.

Just feeling limp loose relaxed.
Three, connect to that childlike feeling of fun and imagination.
And two, continue down the slide until one, you arrive there at the bottom of the slide and into a room of preparation.
