I can be really scary when I'm scared.

And between us, there's a lot of paradox that is hard, but I appreciate navigating it with you.

Because I get, I mean, my trainer says all the time, I don't care if that feels wrong.
Because the way you're doing it right now is super comfortable and you're not going to be able to get it, you know, stand up off the floor when you're 70.
