Funny, I drove by last night, and you can actually see the top of the construction over the fence now.

One of the plans is a basketball arena slash MLS stadium where we could also host international soccer because, for those that don't know, Allegiant Stadium cannot host international soccer because there's not enough room on the field to do like throw-ins and corner kicks.
So NBA and MLS, 50,000-seat soccer stadium, and I walked it two nights ago just to get a sense after the draft was over.
It is .2 miles from my front door.
I really want that to happen.
