Well, a test it will be because David Adelman also called San Antonio the best team in the NBA.
And then he says, OKC is the standard, but San Antonio has been the best.
Their guard play is as good as anybody in the league.
I would say their guard depth would be number one, in my opinion.
I love him coming out and say it.
So, yeah, it's a huge, huge challenge going up against this team.
I tend to agree with him, man.
OKC deserves to be there because they, too, are great.
They, too, are consistent.
They've had adversity, and yet there they are at the top of the standing.
So I think they've kind of earned it.
But if I just step back and tell you what my eyes have shown me over the last three months, San Antonio is the best team in the NBA.
Basically starting from when they started beating them, remember that, all the way to now, they're consistent and they can win a million different ways.
So I do view this in a weird way as not just a measuring stick,
they might be the measuring stick in the NBA, at least at this very moment.
What I think is going on in the NBA and why Oklahoma City, San Antonio is so good, Boston to some extent,
The game is evolving so fast, and teams that have all this draft capital, flexibility, they can adjust for where the league is going really, really quickly.
And where the league is going right now is, do you have guards that can get into the paint at will?
Most teams have one, maybe two, maybe three.
They have a whole host of them.
