I mean, it's gone up a bit for sure.

And then I go home.

With my creatine, does it matter if I take it all at once?
I've got like a big water bottle and I kind of just drink that water bottle throughout the days and I just put creatine in that in the morning, right?
Or should I make a separate glass with creatine in it and just drink it out?
Is that the protocol if you have a really bad one is to keep you in a dark room like that?
