But keeping things similar, but slowly modifying in the direction of eating the way I need you to eat in order to hit these goals. Because if I don't do it that way, you do this like, oh, I could do this. I switch over. And then you're eating all these foods you're not used to eating and you're not seeing the results fast enough.
