Yeah, we do.
Well, we we don't really pay per hour now because we actually have someone on full time.

it's more just like a generalized salary, but the numbers that we're seeing when we were paying per hour, you know, we're anywhere from 25 to maybe even 40% cheaper than what you would get here for the quality that we feel like we're getting.
I mean, we have someone that were, you know, is, is on payroll for, for 40 hours a week.
Yeah, so we did look at Upwork, and we've done some smaller projects with developers through that system.
Topsel was, for us, the most user-friendly service for a group of founders that didn't have technical backgrounds.

They held our hands enough that we felt comfortable with the process.
We felt like the quality of the candidates was very high.
And they also give you an initial period in the beginning where they're sort of risk-free.
If you don't like the person you're working with over the first, I don't know what it is, 10 or 15 hours, you actually can get your money back.
I mean, it just sort of eliminated a lot of the risks we saw.
And then we were lucky and found someone that we liked working with.

You know, something like churn is not something that we focus on as greatly as a lot of other e-commerce companies or a lot of e-commerce brands, for sure.
You know, I think our daily focus is on building the brand, finding scale in various acquisition channels as we launch new channels and really improving customer experience and product.
