And back then, most of the big boys in real estate were selling these million dollar houses with no payment plans, so nobody could afford it. And if you understand Dubai, 90% of Dubai's population is expat. They're not Emiratis, it's expats.

So what we did was we went to the banks, we made this bulk deal with them. We inbuilt the interest costs into our product, making it easier for us. So the apartment came with self-financing. And then you buy in this $120,000 apartment, and then you're paying $1,200 a month. So now suddenly... the entire real estate landscape of Dubai changed.
