And then what are you going to do the rest of it?
Put it in an ice cube tray, freeze it.
You've really got to make things that you like because you do get caught up in the world of social media where you just see these things and think, oh yeah, that looks great.
And then you make it and you're like, oh no, that's gross.
And don't buy them things that are on special at the supermarket because they're on special.
The underrated tip is the planning.
It's the boring part, right?
You know, it's like the thing that no one ever really wants to hear about.
But I do think that it is the planning in what, especially if you are on a budget, future you is going to appreciate, you know, past you because you've taken the time to do it then and then it's sorted for the week.
So I do think it is planning, even though it's not very sexy.
Yeah, exactly.
And that's kind of, that is the best way to get the most out of your money at the supermarket and what you're buying and what you're eating.
Stretching out is always, again, with the bulking of things, be it the root veg or anything like that, or a whole chicken.
I mean, out of a whole chicken, you can get so many incredible things and you can use the bones to make stocks and
You know, from one chicken breast, you can probably feed four people if you add to it carrots and courgettes and onions and make them into meatballs for pasta.
I mean, you're always going to be able to bulk it out.
Old bread, because that is something that gets left in people's homes all the time.
If you've got the ends of your bread, pop them in the freezer for another time.
You can blend them up.
You know, you can make meatballs, but add in some bread, some grated carrots, some grated onion in cheap format.
