this was completely originally thought up of, with thought inverted quotes, by the AI system?

Or is it far more believable that it's essentially just regurgitated, you know, a slightly mashed up version of the original creative work?

Danish creators to get rewarded if their music is used in AI-based systems, if the AI-based system is trained on their copyrighted material.

You know, obviously, what you don't want is people doing what happened in that case in Denmark, which is listening to the two outputs where no amount of rational arguments will kind of outweigh the evidence.

And that shouldn't be news to anybody really, because that's been going on, well, as long as the music industry has been around, people are inspired by each other's work.

And there's legal mechanisms, right?

If you want to use a sample of somebody or you want to use an element of their song in your work, there's a mechanism for doing that legally.

And it should be really the same for AI generated content.

And that's, that's really, you know, what, what people are saying.

And actually the broader point I think sometimes is that the tech industry is a lot of the time disrupting the music industry.

And when people think of the music industry, they think of these like big kind of US conglomerate companies, but actually who's been disrupted are

creators, songwriters, most of whom work a second job, you know, because they can't make enough money based on the actual output they're doing.

And you've got large tech companies hoovering up their content, repackaging it

you know, mashing it up a little bit and then selling it, you know, commercially out on the internet.
