Like I've had I've had things go viral over the course of my career.
And man, that feeling when you get when you see the ninety nine, ninety nine or one hundred plus on the on the notifications.
Kind of exciting.
Feels like it feels like a drug.
Yeah.
It's like completely taking over your dopamine receptors.
And then when you post up and it doesn't get the hundred likes or whatever, you feel bad about yourself.
It's like a negative withdrawal.
So it's like it has its own problems, but at least the power is in my hand.

And your self-worth, like if no one likes it, you're like, oh, do I suck?
Like your self-worth gets tied into it.
That's the problem.
Because it is you.
