They go on and win the cup.

You lose to the Florida Panthers.

They win the Stanley Cup.

You were down three to nothing in that series and you go all the way to game seven and just not able to quite close it out.

And then, of course, twenty twenty five game six as well.

We've been treated here in oil country as of late in

Because of that, we've gained a lot of expectations.

We're not in the decade of darkness anymore.

We're expecting the Oilers every single night to come out and try to win and come away with the victory.

And of course, you know, once you have expectations, only one team can win the Stanley Cup.

I mean, Brian Burke has said it over and over again.

One team is coming away with that championship trophy.

Knobloch had his comments on not meeting expectations.

Now, the last couple of seasons, we've seen the Oilers go on bad spurts, and then they go on really, really good ones.
