And that's where the government are trying to say, well, we are giving with those hands and not maybe giving to those very rich households that you mentioned, Emma, that can well afford an increase in energy prices.

I think at the heart of this is one of the complaints that government gets all the time, that planners are too involved with maybe the small projects in people's back gardens and are not focusing on big infrastructure, which is a complaint from across the opposition, which they are seeking to amend in some way.

I would really question the take up of this.

And I think what Sinn Féin are saying about, oh, well, you could only have it for family members, then you wouldn't be able to get the rent-a-room tax-free allowance.

And then why would it be maybe financially beneficial?

Because it is expensive, even if you're building a bricks and mortar unit in your back garden, which you can under this new proposal.

or a modular, it's expensive.

It's expensive to build anything.

It's expensive to buy a modular.

You can't, it might not pay back for you if you don't have the opportunity to rent it out to someone for 14,000.

It's nearly been like a domino effect from when those fuel protesters and demonstrators went out on the roads and blockaded ports and led to a fuel shortage in the country.

The domino effect after that has been wild, essentially.

We had the fuel package, as you mentioned, on Sunday.

That rolled into a motion of no confidence in the government, which was debated on Tuesday.

That led to the resignation of a junior minister, Michael Healy-Ray, and the loss of the two Healy-Ray votes for government.

which then rolled on on Wednesday to Micheál Martin's leadership of Fianna Fáil being questioned by three younger members of the party and other longer term party members as well.

So the fallout at the moment is that Micheál Martin, essentially his position is weakened.
