So, Jace, we were talking before about you moving a lot more here lately because you had to, right?
Because stuff's tore up.
You got to get out there and work it.
I've been working outside tremendously.
You get a little bit older.
You don't move as much as you used to.
Your body's not responding.
And so you try these different diets.
And trust me, I've tried them all.
Keto, paleo, Weight Watchers, fasting.
You know, you lose some weight and then it comes right back.
One thing...
determines whether your body burns fat or not, and that's your metabolism.
If you don't get that fixed, every diet is going to fail.
And that's what our good friends at PhD Weight Loss taught me over this last year.
They've identified that, and my body is now working with me
And for me, and obviously you look at this picture and here I was at the beginning of 2025.
Here I am in early 2026, 80 pounds, obviously feeling much better, losing that weight.
I'm able to do some things I haven't been able to do in many years, including work outside.
and not lose my breath every time I'm just getting up out of a chair.
