Unashamed with the Robertson Family
Ep 1270 | The Only Answer to the Coming AI Apocalypse
16 Feb 2026
Chapter 1: What is causing the panic surrounding AI and its implications?
I am unashamed.
What about you?
I don't have the Rolodex. So you got to, when you come up there, you never know what you're going to get. I don't have it like, but it's an open book.
Chapter 2: How is the stock market reacting to advancements in AI?
It's an index. I don't have tabs like Zach. There's tabs. The way he dresses and carries himself, there's a tab for that. There's no tab. What does that mean? Well, you put yourself in a box when you try to declare what you're wearing as like some kind of statement.
Chapter 3: What hope does resurrection offer in the face of AI fears?
I've got a gray sweater on. What are you talking about?
What does that declare? That hat. I don't even know what the hat says. If I see somebody with a hat like that, I think he needs to get out in the woods more.
My hat came from my wife who gave it to me as a gift that she got for free when she was at a speaking event in Alabama.
Chapter 4: How are Bible studies evolving in the age of AI?
Oh, is that what you're doing for Valentine's Day? Because, you know, you know what?
She just gave it. I mean, she was down there. Let me see what it says on it. It says Purcell Farms, Alabama, and... She met this family of spirit-filled believers, and I wanted to support them, Jace.
Chapter 5: Is online information becoming less trustworthy?
And I'm sure they're listening today. They're probably excited to know that. But he said there was a tab for that. That's the part I didn't understand. He said you don't live with tabs, and there's a tab.
He's tabless. Yeah, I'm timeless.
Chapter 6: What does Revelation say about the return of Jesus?
People look at me and they're like, hmm, wonder what that's all about. I like that.
I don't know if they say the latter. They probably do ask the first question. What's that about? Yeah. Well.
Because it's, you know, I don't care what people think is what I'm saying. Yeah. So I don't.
It's been an interesting three weeks, though, Jace.
Chapter 7: How do love and judgment relate to the coming of Jesus?
We haven't talked about. And I know at first people are going to be turned off by this discussion, but I do want to talk about something that's happened in the last three weeks.
See, that's the part you've got to solve. You're like, I know, Pete, you're too concerned about what people think. You've just got to worry about what God thinks and just let it happen. Just do it.
Well, I don't want the people to be bored. It's going to sound boring.
Chapter 8: Why can't AI replace the importance of communion and relationships?
Who cares? But it's not. And it's about the stock market. I know you keep... I don't keep up with it like you do, but you keep up with it. But I think there's a fascinating thing happening in the marketplace right now.
You're talking about 50K? Yeah. What do you need to know?
I'm talking about all these SaaS companies, which stands for software as a service, are just plummeting.
You know what they're calling it? You know how to find fascinating. I had no idea he was going to bring this up. You know what they're calling it? The SaaS apocalypse. Where'd they get that idea? No, people love to take spiritual principles seriously. That's a Greek word, apokalypso, and it means to reveal.
But they're like, since it's in a book where there's a lot of judgments going on, because people don't realize if you're a God of love, there has to be judgment. Has to be. Because there has to be a standard of righteousness, of what's right, truth. So if you didn't do anything about things that are wrong, well, you wouldn't really be loving or righteous or just.
But anyway, yeah, so they call that. But, Zach, what they do is somebody, these people who write all these articles and all this, that means they want to buy a bunch of these very good SaaS companies. So you see it and say, oh, no, there's an apocalypse coming. I need to sell all these companies. And then they just pick them right up. I bought whatever you sold. I bought it.
I was that guy on the other side. Because you've got to remember, in the stock market, when you sell something, somebody else has got to buy it. And when somebody buys something, somebody's selling it. So there's a 50-50 chance that you're right or you're wrong.
Well, here's the part that's interesting to me. So I get a call from our good friend Gary. who you went duck hunting with and you referenced him on the podcast a few weeks back. He said Jace was smarter than me and you, by the way. I got a little different story when I talked to Gary about that. I'm not going to quite levy that claim yet.
Sorry, you're saying that statement was embellished on this podcast?
