Not Ben Wyatt.

Unlike her previous husband, Scott was a local man with strong connections to the area and a solid work history in the building trade.

He was, according to author Brian Masters, quote, a quiet, solid, and reliable man who gave her four more children in four years.

Okay, wow.

So if Elizabeth Nilsen had maintained a casual and detached relationship to her children before her second marriage, she definitely doubled that marrying Scott.

And adding four more children to the house.

Also, the additional kids in the house pushed Dennis further away from his mother and deeper into isolation.
