What stage do you tell them?
Yeah, say T2 and 0.
Yeah, you guys both mentioned a lot, but let's just backtrack.
Amanda, I asked you stage two bladder cancer to the patient.
They think, oh, stage two is not a big beast, is it?
This is pretty sick.
Hey, we can cure this easily.
With stage two breast cancer, I heard the survival is good.
With stage two colon cancer, survival is really good.
But what's the survival traditionally with MFBC, which is labeled stage two?
Do we feel like...
This is undermining the actual severity of this systemic disease, as you mentioned.
Yeah.
So when you guys see patients referred from urology, are they already biased towards surgery?
Or do you guys have a chance to discuss bladder preservation, like trimodality therapy and maybe even other modalities?
What's your discussion with patients?
Well, you know, I mean, in Europe, there's a lot more bladder preservation done there, right?
Even, you know, before all the discussion on EV-Pembro as a monster systemic therapy, the Europeans have been doing trimodality therapy probably like 50% of patients or maybe more.
So why is there such a variance in the U.S.
versus Europe?
