First of all, I just felt that the organization was so flat under Sully, who I really liked in his first couple of years, obviously, but I just felt like they had gotten so stale and so flat that a lot of the even top-end players weren't really motivated anymore playing under him.

And the other big thing that stood out to me was special teams.
