Our kids can do all the activities that they want.
We can afford to socialise and be involved in sports groups.
I think we, people like me and in my position, PAYE employees and other workers, I think we are the silent majority that we just suck it up, get on with it and lift vice another day.
But like the protests, they're maybe a vocal minority
and they get out, they get active.
And I'm not just talking about the blockades.
I'm thinking of other protests going back.
It seems to be the squeaky wheel gets the oil.
And I think, as I said, people like me are probably the silent majority, and I'm not one for TikTok or going on the airwaves or beating drums, but I'm just at the point now where I need to...
say something because it needs to be said.
You know, this cost of living crisis, it's next to an emergency, I'd say.
Lesser people would have reached breaking point.
So, yeah, I mean, you would worry about them.
And you always keep an eye out on people, but people don't portray struggles outwardly.
