So what are you doing throughout the day or in that early morning that's going to help you sleep better?
So moving your body, right?
When we wake up in the morning, I love that your phone isn't the first thing you're grabbing because so many people using it as the alarm clock and then they're grabbing their phones and they're right away plugging into work, right away plugging into social media.
Their feet haven't even gotten out of bed yet.
They haven't even hit the floor and you're already letting the chaos of the world into your life.
That carries with you to bedtime, right?

Are you someone who needs it really quiet?
Or are you someone that needs that consistent sound, like that white noise sound?
Do you need to incorporate more calming scents?
What you're sleeping in and on, you know, bedding and your pajamas, like all of that plays a role in getting a great night of sleep for sure.
Well, and that's where things like earplugs and things like that can help you.
White noise machines can drown out the sounds.
But if you are sleeping with someone who is snoring, one of the most common and most major and undiagnosed sleep disorder is sleep apnea.
