I'm not saying she has sleep apnea, but I always say don't kick them out of the bedroom.
Kick them out to the doctor because that's worth getting.
They would then refer you to have a sleep study done.
It's worth getting checked out.
That could be a sign and symptom.
If you're waking up, you're getting your eight hours, but waking up feeling exhausted, having a lot of excessive daytime sleepiness during the day where you're literally falling asleep in meetings at red lights, that's a red flag.
Focus on a great sleep environment.
Focus on a great bedtime routine.
Give yourself one hour.
In that one hour, you're going to break it up into three 20-minute increments.
The first 20 minutes, prepare for the next day.
Write out your to-do list.
Choose your outfit for the next day.
Pack your lunch.
Wash your face, take a shower, all the normal hygiene, actual hygiene stuff.
Last 20 minutes, any kind of relaxing activity.
It could just be talking to your partner.
It could be doing other things with your partner.
It could be reading.
