I mean, you can't run... If your authority's been weakened already, you can't run things on the idea of fear.

You can only run things on the idea of...

you know, having the vision, having the drive, having the leadership skills.

And look, I think that what most of these guys will say, at times they see it, at times they see it, then at other times they don't.
