My phone is always on D&D.
The only thing that makes my phone vibrate is a text or call from one of my immediate family members.
That's it.
I also have turned my phone off so that visual notifications of the screen stays dark.
I just think that there are small hacks like that, but the big hack is the mindfulness hack.
Well, this is a long-term process.
I mean, everything that we're talking about here, when people ask me, what do I think, how long it will take, I think it's a multi-generational project, right?
Just like it took us multiple generations, and unfortunately, two world wars to get out of the agrarian age into the industrial age.
I think this is going to take a while.
But a starting point here is, it's got to be part of what every kid learns as a kid.
So I went through a lot of school.

13 years of school in Germany, plus I spent a year in high school, then I did three years of college, and then I did three years of graduate school.
That's a lot of school.
All of that had all sorts of requirements, core requirements, distribution requirements in various subjects.
Do you think at any one point in time there was a required class on an owner's manual for your brain?
I'm going to guess no.
