Which I can't stand either.

But you kind of have to, I feel like I have to put them in because even though they wind me up, I guess there is a people pleaser side of me that feels guilty if I don't.

So I kind of go against my natural disgust for them and do them anyway.

I've been listening to a lot of your amazing podcast, Late Bloomers, and you guys very honestly speak about intimacy in your sex life.

And we're going to touch on that in a little bit.

But first I want to ask Rich about your autism assessment.

How did you find that?

What were they testing for with the frog pictures?

It's been two years since you guys were last on, which is absolutely bonkers how fast time goes.

And I remember you were saying you were going for an assessment when you were last on, and obviously now you've gone through the process and you've got the diagnosis, which is amazing.

Are there any traits that you associate with autism that you look back on now from your earlier years and they suddenly make so much sense?

Was the alcohol part of the mask back then?

And now with the sobriety and the autism diagnosis, has your masking changed throughout the process?
