are patient is maybe the better word and that like, if things aren't going well early, you know, they can still get their offense going and, and hit some shots and get back in the game where to your point, I think maybe the Spurs were hot early, but when the Knicks got going, they didn't, I think that the Spurs may be the better thing that that team sometimes say, you know, like they didn't, they didn't kill the head of the snake when they had a chance, right.
You know, they had a double digit lead, but they weren't able to extend it to where it might've been a bit more unrealistic and
for the Knicks to get back in it.
And it's the finals, right?
I mean, you're not expecting two championship caliber teams to necessarily do that.
But I think that that's where maybe the inexperience catches up.
Is that like maybe their foot came off the gas a bit from the fatigue aspect?
And yeah, how much of that was the way they were playing on Wednesday versus just the series, the previous playoff series catching up with them?
You know, I don't know if we can say for certain, but I think the Knicks have a patience to their game that has really paid off for them throughout the playoff.
I also had a Thunder-Knicks final prediction.
I was previously changing my flight plans and hotels Saturday night after that Game 7.
And to your point, you know, I do think that
you know, one through 10, the thunder was a better team, but they did not have Jalen Williams and it did not have AJ Mitchell.
Who's probably the best player off the bench.
And that obviously came back to hurt them.
So, yeah, I think, I think from a depth perspective that the thunder were definitely the better matchup for the Knicks.
But I also think that, uh,
Victor Rubin Yam is just a tantalizing player that kind of breaks a lot of rules and allows you to kind of look at things differently than maybe you traditionally would given, uh, given how unique of a player he is.
