I think that he kind of realized when he got to Phoenix β
This is my observation.
Well, I'm here, Devin Booker's here, Bradley Beal is here, but we don't have Mikkel Bridges and Cam Johnson, who were two of the best role players in the NBA before they got traded for me, and those are exactly the kind of guys that we need that we're missing and now we can't afford.
So I think that some of these guys, it's click, to your point, like Kevin LeBron of, and that's why I get where LeBron plays next year is going to be a fat thing too, of like, am I willing to take a pay cut
And, you know, take a lesser role for the betterment of the team to win another title?
Or do I still want it to go through me more than maybe it should and command the salary I still want?
And again, on paper, what LeBron and Kevin Durant did for their ages warrants them still getting paid close to what they're getting paid.
But as we're saying, there's domino effects to that that make it harder for the team to be successful.
competitive with the rest of the roster.
You know, if Utah Jazz didn't have the number two pick, I might agree with you.
But, you know, the Jazz took Ace Bailey in the draft last year who had this manager who didn't want him working out for teams to try to force his way to a destination that they had in mind.
and then he goes and has a pretty good rookie year, all things considered, in Utah.
You know, played 72 games, averaged, you know, about 14 points a game, shot 44% from the field.
You know, the three ball can use some work, but...
I wonder if the Jazz, given they have Jaron Jackson Jr., they have Ace Bailey, they have some of these other guys on the roster, like, are they maybe the best-equipped roster to take another risk like this and take him, given they have, you know, they have some other guys there who...
kind of hedged the bet a little bit.
So I don't see him falling past four to the Bulls if it were to happen, but I do think that the Jazz are a good team to take him, given what they did a year ago and how it worked out for them.
I went to high school with a guy who all he did was lift weights and go on creatine, and I would never fight him, but that's all water weight, right?
Like, I was kind of surprised it was creatine of all things.
I mean, if there's bodybuilder listeners and I heard the sensation, I was like, I always thought creatine was like,
