I think the perfect Bulls thing would be to overpay him.

He is the mold of player I think they probably need.

He also conflicts some things with Modest, which I don't even think they figured out what position they want Modest to be in the end.

It's conflicting stuff, but it is the kind of bet they'd make in terms of building an internal star and overpaying for that guy if they were to go get him.
