I think it's a great interview question.

Well, the interview question I don't like is what's your biggest weakness?

Because the number one thing they train you to say is turn a strength into a weakness.

I'm too organized to a fault.

It keeps me up at night.

I'm so organized.

So in their head, they're thinking a good thing.

Where I want you to be like, I'm just 10 minutes late.

Like I just will be 10 minutes late.

And I just like want to know that up front.

So that's an interview question I don't like.

What I do like is you have to tell me there's an area you lied on that resume or embellished.

What is it?

because everyone embellishes on their resumes i was gonna ask what's one place you would have lied on your resume um okay where would i have lied i oh i would have lied about previous job roles so i would have linkedinified those so if i was an assistant i might have said like i don't know

marketing director if i was logged into the instagram right like you kind of take the role and you beef it up again because i and i understand why you're doing it and it's and then i think if the person told me this you know if they said okay i lied about i was actually an assistant but i said i was the marketing director because i did run the instagram account and the reason i did that was because you got to tell people where you want to go not where you're at and i'd be like you know what touche
