So, yeah, I think it feels like a 1995 moment now, kind of.

But I will say one of my favorite experiments that I've run thus far has been, I asked a team to try and create a go-to-market strategy without typing.

Like just speaking to Copilot.

Because again, like if we're going to be entering a world in which work is primarily conversations and primarily dialogues, how do you rewire the neural pathways to make that happen?

And that's not quite the same thing as how could I do this task altogether differently, but even just getting started and asking yourself that question, and then also building out the space and giving yourself the permission to experiment.

And for that, I have a one hour block every Friday with my team to do AI hackathons, basically, where we literally, we ask ourselves, everyone pitches their idea, what they want to do for that one hour.

And the idea is let's do as much crazy stuff as possible in 60 minutes.

So we can see not just what the outputs will be.

I mean, you can build a whole advertising campaign in an hour now, right?

Like, but also like, how do we work together when AI is on the team?
