So, yeah, I think it feels like a 1995 moment now, kind of.
But I will say one of my favorite experiments that I've run thus far has been, I asked a team to try and create a go-to-market strategy without typing.
Like just speaking to Copilot.
Because again, like if we're going to be entering a world in which work is primarily conversations and primarily dialogues, how do you rewire the neural pathways to make that happen?
And I think one of the big,
I think one of the big challenges right now with AI is that it presents as a search box.
And so your brain automatically thinks search engine.
And when you type, you're more likely to command it to do something.
And a command is very different from...
a conversation but i wonder if when we start speaking to it which is like the most primal experience we have with language it's speaking then maybe like our relationship will change um and yeah we'll start to see content be created without us you know typing i think that's gonna happen yeah and i would argue to some extent some of it does i would say some of it does now
For me, like the biggest obstacle being faced by people using AI is honestly just getting started and playing and experimenting with it.
And one of the questions that I like to ask myself at the beginning of every task is literally,
How can Copilot help me do this?
And that's not quite the same thing as how could I do this task altogether differently, but even just getting started and asking yourself that question, and then also building out the space and giving yourself the permission to experiment.
And for that, I have a one hour block every Friday with my team to do AI hackathons, basically, where we literally, we ask ourselves, everyone pitches their idea, what they want to do for that one hour.
And the idea is let's do as much crazy stuff as possible in 60 minutes.
So we can see not just what the outputs will be.
I mean, you can build a whole advertising campaign in an hour now, right?
Like, but also like, how do we work together when AI is on the team?
