Danke.
Hello, my beautiful beans, and welcome to the podcast episode of today where I come to you with yet again another husky voice.
I feel like I'm really leaning into the OG days where my voice was so husky in the first kind of year and a half of the podcast because I was also teaching Pilates.
and teaching way too many classes.
And I felt like I was destined to have permanently damaged vocal cords, but they slowly came back to life.
But now I don't know why my voice is completely gone.
This is why this episode is coming out on a Tuesday, not a Monday, because my voice was 10 times worse than it currently is over the weekend.
It was just woeful.
Anyway,
Boring.
We're not going to speak about my voice any longer.
If you can deal with my husky voice, then let's press on.
So this episode is actually going to be
a slightly different take on how we go through a checklist of knowing if you're dealing with a narcissist.
And I actually thought that we would do this because of the amount of questions that I get, whether it's in my DMs, whether it's a response to an ask me anything on my Instagram, or also, of course, in my emails with head noise questions and all of that.
So many of you speak about dealing with family members or in-laws in particular, parents and
um and parents-in-laws as well and there's so many behaviors that not just with what you guys have written in but also that's just been documented in you know psychology for years that narcissists do especially and i'm not necessarily talking about in a romantic relationship this is more family narcissists and how they treat their children and different people in the family
that I thought it would be a nice, quite unquote nice, I don't know if you want to call it nice, but something that's maybe like a bit therapeutic for you guys to go through this family narcissist bingo.
I am putting a lighthearted spin, but it's not to take away from how serious it is dealing with a narcissist in your life.
I just thought I'd do something like this as a way of you guys being like, oh my God, there's so many people here.
