the fucking shit that I'm going through because sometimes when you've got a narcissist in your family especially with some of the behaviors that I speak about it makes you feel like you're the one that's going crazy and everyone on the outside believes them and doesn't believe you and this is just to show you that that is not the case at all and you're not the crazy one anyway so that is what we're going to be talking about

Also, very quickly, I know I said I was going to do a poll on my Instagram regarding which one you wanted and the poll wasn't put up.

And it's actually because I don't want to bore you with the details of like the ins and outs of the tech that goes on behind the fucking podcast.

But just in a nutshell, I was just moving over who the hosting server was at the podcast, which means nothing for you guys.

It doesn't change your listening experience.

Due to that, there was like a bit of a lag of when that was happening and therefore I couldn't actually put the poll up when I wanted to.

But you guys did comment and the comments were great.

So it's kind of reinforced what I thought and that is to return back to the old style format where we've got brain fact, then the body of the podcast and then one question at the end.

So we're doing that today.

So the brain fact that we're going to be talking about, it's actually a pharmacology fact.
