So once you go down that path, it's hard to be like, oh, it's nothing.

I'm not a threat.

If your body was like, I'm fucking threatened, then walls up.

I've got to, I've got to like push him out.

Right.

So I think that while looking into, obviously, like you already know a lot, you've got a lot of self-awareness already.

I can tell.

So while you're looking into everything about attachment styles and how you heal yourself and the more you heal yourself, the more you're able to trust in your ability to overcome these emotional hardships because you have.

You've got to look at your past and look at all the emotional hardships that you have overcome.

You're telling yourself, I wouldn't be able to cope, but you have coped in the past, but that's not where your focus is.

Maybe it's been really awful, but you have coped.

How are you recovering from that?

How are you dealing with it?

How are you healing?

That really helps reshape your attachment styles.

So that number one.
