So when I say, okay, I'm blabbering, but I'm going to give you an example.

I had a friend and he was saying someone and he's like, I don't know.

I just don't know if it's working.

I don't know where we stand.

I'm kind of semi into it.

I'm at this point now.

It's been a couple of weeks.

Do I pursue it?

Do I not?

Do I just, you know, if I'm not passionate yet, does that mean that I just pull the pin on the whole thing?

And I said to him, people are so scared to enter relationships because they think, oh my God, now it's official.

Now it's official.

Once the relationship becomes official, that's that only then can you begin to really know what it's like to date this person.

When you are dating somebody, as in we've decided that we mutually agree on what the dynamics of this relationship is, for argument's sake, because it's probably the most common one, let's talk about a monogamous relationship.
