This is a voice note head noise episode.

Now I'm not going to do a life update, not really big on life updates on head noise episodes.
The occasional one I will, by the way.
I did one last, when was that, last episode talking about how much I love this
random gym bench that I bought and I was very passionate about it.
Also, if you do follow me on Instagram, I'm trying to do a 30-day kind of challenge of just doing some sort of movement and exercise every single day.
And that could just be like a long walk, mind you.
But it's kind of I'm trying to get back into the zone of just really moving my body.
As I spoke about literally last episode, I was talking about how much it impacts
positively impacts my focus and staying on task and staying on track when I do some sort of movement.
Ideally intense, but definitely not always.
