And the thing that made her stand out to other people may have been what stood out to maybe a couple of Naval officers who said, let's use her.
She doesn't have enough information to do anything bad, but she's the exact prototype of the type of person we want to be able to carry around mail.

And I do think just adding to that tragedy, talking about just who she was as a woman, I think that's exactly right.
I think she had a pretty tragic life.
And I do think she was doing something meaningful for herself.
But I don't think she had a lot of connection to people in her life anymore outside of her control.
Because I think she was ripped from her family or the political atmosphere, what have you.
But I keep coming back to those spoons because...
I told the story earlier of how I was gifted these like silver spoons from my husband's grandmother who lived to 104.
So these spoons were like 90 years old, right?
They were incredibly old.
And some of them were missing, but they were like the real silver spoons that you would make like a century ago.
And I think she had so little that still tied her to her old life.
And the fact that she had those spoons, I think is heartbreaking because I agree with you.
I don't think she wanted to be identified.
I don't think she felt it made sense to identify her because everyone that she knew was
was gone.
So like, what was the purpose in some ways?
