It was 2019 and the show, I think, had gone out on a Friday or the Saturday.

The first season had dropped on Netflix.

And we met in a hotel coffee bar of some fancy-ass hotel in Shoreditch.

And they were both sort of saying, do you think anyone's seen it?

And I was facing the room and they were sitting just sort of looking at me.

And I sort of turned around and looked at the room.

And 80% of a very hip coffee bar in a hotel in Shoreditch were basically nudging each other.

Because there was suddenly three members of a cast from a show all sitting having a coffee.

And I just remember saying to, I think we're going to be all right.

Yeah.

That's definitely down to, again, it's so nice now that this is the first year that Oscars are recognising casting.

It had flown so under the radar.

And, you know, Lauren, thank you, Lauren won't mind me saying that she was working for someone in casting and got a meeting to cast this show for Netflix.

And she thought, I haven't got a cat's hell chance in getting this.

So I might as well just go in.

And when they ask me who I think is right, I'll just tell them my current ideas.

And so she just went in and just let it all hang out.

And they went, yeah, great, great.

And now Lauren, in a very short, she's amazing anyway.

Yeah, brilliant.
