I think snails fall into the category of oysters that people either go, oh, or absolutely not.

I love them partly mainly because usually what, and it looks like they are lightly drizzled with masses of amounts of sort of garlic and butter.

And the texture, I do like them, but I think it's the garlic and the butter that is sort of the excuse to consume them.

And whenever you have them, that tends to be the bonus.
