So this report came out about a month ago.

A man in Leon Valley, Texas, Harry Adderholt, was facing financial hardship and fell victim to a very similar scam that we reported on about a month ago with that couple in Arizona that were taking advantage of the elderly and having them sign over their homes, thinking that they were getting

loans out for financial assistance.

So something very similar happened to this guy.

Someone approached him claiming to be a company that were helping the elderly, trying to give them loans out to catch up on payments, things like that.

But what actually ended up happening was he signed over the deed to his home to this scammer.

And he didn't find out about it until months later when all of a sudden he got an eviction notice on his door.

So originally when this report came out about a month ago, he was in the process of being evicted and

As of two days ago, with the new report that we have, he has since been evicted.

He came home to his belongings out on the front yard, including his pet parrot, which is now living in his car with him.

This man is 70 years old, and it's extremely sad that we see things like this going on.

No criminal charges have been filed against the perpetrator yet.

They're in the process of some court proceedings.

This man is very lucky he found someone that was very willing to do this pro bono for him, which is not generally the case in any case that we have seen come out.
