I want to hit on kind of something that you said about, you know, no one under 35 owning a home.

I'm very fortunate to be a small member of my under 35 community that is, in fact, a homeowner.

And I barely know anyone my age that is.

And I think that's why we see a lot of cases like we do where the elderly are the most that are being targeted because they have, you know, had these homes for a long time.

There's a lot of equity sitting there.

And the elderly are a lot harder to or a lot easier to take advantage of.
