One of my spiritual practices is to stretch the capacity to be with the range of my human experience. I think a lot of people with emotional well-being, people or emotions, people will avoid or indulge. There's like two camps. Whatever this moment is presenting itself as fully with an open heart, open mind, curiosity, acceptance, presence. It parts the clouds to feel that deeper foundation of well-being that is always here that we can learn to tap into. But it comes through. It's like love that's unconditional. It says yes to grief. and joy the same, sadness and happiness the same.
