Again, for me, what's really important is the sensation, not the story, because when we get lost in the mind, it's a way to avoid feeling something.

having resource because you need safety and whatever the shadow stuff to be equal rather than being overwhelming, which can then put you into a trauma response. And so wanna make sure that I note that. And we're not avoiding the pain. I think sometimes, at least for myself, I used to take that practice that I was speaking of 90 seconds as a way to avoid feeling something.

Because I was doing it as a way to avoid feeling grief. I was like, now I've got this thing and let me do it so that it moves away.
And then something dropped in a little bit more mature was like, oh, there's a love that again is indiscriminate That is my true nature that welcomes the grief without trying to love it so that it moves on, but just genuinely says yes and presences that grief.
