So I'm going to guide us through a process somatically so you can work with any block that may be coming up in your life or any stuck energy you feel in your body if you don't know the story about it. Again, we're just kind of clearing out this dam, this reservoir of old energy so that it starts emptying out. You feel lighter, more present, and more free.

And so if you're in a safe place to do so find a comfortable position, sitting or lying down, gently close your eyes, allowing yourself to really arrive in this moment, feeling the weight of your body resting, noticing your breath naturally moving in and out. There is nowhere to be nothing to do. Just be here in this moment. This is your time. This is space to soften and to meet yourself fully.
