And it's interesting because that in somatic work and healing work, oftentimes we hold the deepest core wounds in our belly and it's really connected to identity, to survival, to existence. And so I'm just curious if in your work with acupuncture and this Qigong and all of this, it's like, have you noticed some of these centers activate more healing for people emotionally?

Yeah, and I often find that when people are overthinking, which most of our society is so overdeveloped in the mind, we didn't learn in school how to feel our feelings and navigate some of our inner world. And so, but when we're caught in overthinking, not only does it create stress, but it's oftentimes an avoidance strategy not to feel.

And so part of the work is to learn how to feel and then move it through the body as well. Like we want all of it in systems. And so if we're not prioritizing slowing down and we have a lot of stress that gets built up and the body shows it right. Like, tension in the shoulders or the jar, there's burnout and fatigue. And I know that somatic practices can be really helpful.
